Hi Judy,Hows your trading going?I've been doing well in csco,asnd,intc and my new fallen angel idxx.According to IBD when there was a sharp decline on the day before Good Friday the next trading session was usually down big.Kolton found ten instances going back to 1900 when the Dow was off 0.5% or more the day before the Easter weekend.The following Monday the Dow sank 90%of the time for an average loss of 1.84%.This translates to 123 Dow points.Interesting stuff.I thought the +100 day was seriously flawed and the buy programs on the close on Thurs were only to mark up the Dow,knowing full well the financial press would be going nuts if the Dow had fallen 200-300 pts.This is one of the few cases I can recall the market corrected before a three day holiday.Monday will not be a picnic.
