I'm changing my tune, going out on a limb and mixing metaphors: After looking at the chart for CSCO today, I say the stock is going up from here. Tar and feather me if I'm wrong. Bar and tether me, too. I'm seeing some signs of accumulation in the volume and some buy signals with technical indicators. BTW: I have no position in the stock at this time. I'm just an innocent bystander, a witless witness, a nitpicking nitwit. Brooke
