So my question to you would be: what is the best way to deal with name calling and insults? Start a new thread to avoid the perpetrator, as was done with the main Iomega thread? To me, that seems to be running from the issue rather than dealing with it directly. BTW, I appreciate your posting specific information and references. I'd like to keep this thread as professional as possible. Specific references are helpful and insightful. Your post was a definite step in that direction. Thanks. Ice
