Frankly what the houses have for a price means little to nothing to me I really don't care either, Gregory. What I do care about is earnings. I see no reason to believe that earnings will be less than 4 to 6 next year. I see no reason to believe that the market will pay less than 50 times earnings for Q. This gives us a price from 200 to 300 next year, no matter what direction the winds are blowing. Do you see anything I don't?
