Doug:
Consider EGRP as an IL case for a moment.
ACT determined from 12/16,12/17,12/18 lows. IL determined from low of 10/8 and high of 11/10 (T2).
Immediate violation of IL just after January '99, using IL as support from January through March. After returning under IL on 6/14, it uses IL as resistance, (with a brief trip over on 6/22), until 7/9 until which time it drops perfectly onto the ACT on 8/6.
Stretching things a bit? Probably so.
But if not....what to look for next?
Thankx.
