That's because every business will be an Internet business. Exactly. Thats why I think that being an internet retailer is going to be a much trickier venture than being an internet provider. Has anyone tried to do some serious shopping over the internet? It is sooo painful and slow to look through any serious size databases, and the photographs are very limiting, either small and grainy or they take an eternity to load. I shop through the mail a fair amount and I'll take a printed catalog any day over wading through internet sites at 56k. Pretty much my "e-tail" experience has been limited to ordering catalogs through the web site. Enter broadband! Maybe the first "killer app" for broadband will be something as basic as exciting easy to access online catalogs. Throw in some video clips and a way to talk to a live person and now we are cooking... Eric
