Zeev, I've spotted a new fish. Westell Technologies did a floorless with Castle Creek et. al. in April. The details of the deal set a new standard in complexity, IMO. What ever happened to our nice, simple floorless? sec.gov Before I cast out my line, I'm going to need to take some time to thoroughly study this one. The lawyers must be earning a fortune here.
