Many stock groups are whispering about the "official" press release hitting shortly confirming the reverse merger between PLEX (a shell) and GLOBAL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC who's subsidiary is Travel Network (http://www.travnet.com). This subsidiary has recently landed a major contract with WAL-MART who has already launched the "in store" marketing campaign!!!
To put what is happening into layman's terms, PLEX is buying the customer-base from the GLOBAL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC company. PLEX is taking another company (unknown to us now) that must have "far superior" E-Commerce software for the Hospitality and Travel Industry. These combined entities will become "one" subsidiary of PLEX. PLEX is offering common shares to the GLOBAL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC in a trade for their current clients and business. PLEX is also offering common shares to the "unknown entity" that will be merged with GLOBAL TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC. Obviously, these two entities to be merged are anxiously awaiting the finalization of this deal as the price is already rising and all sides should be overly motivated to get the press release out asap. Hopefully, we will see this on Monday if the strong rumors are correct.

Anyway, can you imagine a "shell" company that will now have existing major contracts with WAL-MART for their internet travel service travnet.com and have publicly posted a significant number of job positions available as they have a major recruiting effort being launched right now? This alone should tell us where we're headed.
So anyway, we should see the buying start up again on Monday and the MMs should have to act appropriately and move the price according to the continued "ask side" trades, but as we all know, the MMs seem to have their own guidelines handbook.
This should continue to be an upward ride for awhile. The Market Makers are truly trying to stop any buying as the spread is quite large. Also, the MMs are definitely trying to get shares cheap as they DO know what is about to happen with this merger. And just a reminder, the MMs are usually better researchers than we are!!!

PROPOSED TRANSACTIONS
The Company intends to acquire the business of Global Travel Network, LLC, a limited liability company doing business in the state of New Jersey ("Global"). Global is a provider of travel packages and travel related services. Currently, the Company is contemplating acquiring from Global, in exchange for shares of Common Stock of the Company, all of the outstanding membership interests of Global. Immediately thereafter, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company would merge with and into Global, in exchange for shares of Common Stock of the Company, with Global as the surviving corporation (the "Merger"). Following the Merger, Global would be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company is currently negotiating the agreement with respect to the acquisition of the business of Global. It is contemplated that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary formed for such purposes will merge into Global in a tax free reorganization within the meaning of Sections 351 and/or 368 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Consummation of the transaction is subject to the approval of holders of a majority of the membership interests of Global. The Merger is subject to a number of conditions, and there can be no assurance that an agreement with respect to the Merger will be entered into, or that the Merger will be consummated.
