Ralphy is a swinger. He swings to the downside when stocks go down long enough, he swings to the upside when stocks go up and he is neutral when stocks go up and down. Once they will go more steadily into the up mode, then he will be Mr. Bull again. Did you see WSW yesterday? He was the only one who swayed from the bull side. GIVE ME MR.BULL Battipaglia.
