They need to worry about getting the 10k filed. First, they missed the deadline. Now, they have missed the extended deadline. Btw, it looks like annual sales will be a little over $5 million. That wouldn't be disappointing if they hadn't projected twice that. Here's another sobering thought; i'm not saying it is going to happen, but i've seen it before. Fernandez-Moris could retire at any time and convert his preferred shares to common to give him 51% ownership; then all he has to do is say he is disappointed in the way the stock has performed and that he is going to take the company private. He buys out shareholders at .09 a share. Would he do that? I don't know. He certainly hasn't gone out of his way to develop the trust of shareholders.
