WHEN YOU SAY "YOUVE SEEN IT BEFORE ", DO YOU MEAN WITH MADERA OR SOME OTHER COMPANY? i bought wood in 93-94 right after it did a 3-1 reverse split. it was around 1.50(thats what the broker said anyway) i bought it at 42 cents and watched spreads of .28 bid, 41 ask !!!. .21 bid,.30 ask, only to watch it go to 7 cents 14 months later. Your thought about the OLD MAN calling it quits and going private is scary but i think with wall street cash,and their web site i dont think wood wants to miss out on a new beginning for this very slow growing company(sometimes i feel like wood doesnt really care one way or the other about the cash potential)but your point is very worthy of mention on this post. still i am optimistic,maybe web site will be really big enough to cover woods mistakes ...who the hell knows...good luck ...stkmn99
