Interesting indeed. This has been discussed before. One of the possible scenarios of the effects of global warming could be a huge increase in the evaporation in sea water causing so much snowfall in the far North that it won't have a chance to melt in the Summer leading to more sunlight being reflected, causing it to become colder there, causing even more snow there, etc. We know for sure that there were ice ages. What kicked them off? Do you know, or should we maybe find out?

There is not necessarily a contradiction at all. Global warming may actually trigger an ice age. I am not interested in your opinions. I want facts from reputable researchers, and so should you and any other thinking person.
