HI Jim: Thanks for the reply, I try to at least post my honest opinion. I don't think I'm any more unlearned or unintelligent than most who post...or do I have an ax to grind or seeking approbation...I think that the value of us sharing ideas, info, opinions is a matter of peer self help. I think the "experts" & "pros" are overrated, overvalued, and don't live up to their vaunted reputatations. All the experts have done for me, as I follwed their advice, is lose. They're like the teacher or college professor that knows it all, yet can't drive a car to the supermarket. If just any one of them would simply state, without reservations, buy this particular stock, wait one year & get back to me. They don't & won't. They revert to the subterfuge of giving too much stuff ( for confusion purposes). In fact, if I were a revered advisor with millions of $ backing, I wouldn't be afraid of giving a money back guarantee...if you lose, your original investment will be returned. If they are so good, why won't they guarantee this? I know, there may be legal restrictions, etc, or they may become liable for too much. But, on the other hand, I'll sell everyone my newsletter for a couple hundred bucks each with no gurarantees. For a year. With no guarantees, like them, and a very dubious track record like them. If I followed the experts, I'd be holding a tin cup right now. I'm a Vietnam Vet, so may get some action. The most amazing thing I find: Hold their newletter of predictions for at least a year or two. Then send it back to them & ask them where it should be put? I found that after time proves them out, the proverbial monkey on the typewriter does as well. I only wish they would scan some of these web posts, but they are too buzy fleecing the unintitiated. I'm too old to fall for it. Keep both eyes open! Best Wishes, Tom |
