Greg, I put disclaimers when the communication is describing a company in such a way, that although it isn't a buy recommendation, the result is the same. That's the wording the SEC uses in their enforcement actions, and it seems pretty clear what it is they are looking for, and what they want to see. sec.gov
As far as being paid, they also want to see disclosure and in the full amounts, and when; whether it is past, present or future.
Since I haven't been paid anything since Feb. 7, 1999, for services unrelated to promotional activities, dch-technology.com
And since RAM Capital is an equity fund, and not a PR firm, I put the amount in there to satisfy even the most egregious of nitpickers.
Finally, RAM Capital's tour is over at DCH, and as such, I feel, I can do and say what I want, when I want, and where I want, without fear of running afoul of the law. dcht.com
That said; I have spoken to the people at GLE, (how many of you can say the same?), and have started a dialog between the two companies for business purposes; which is the reason I watch this thread.
I am grateful to those who have helped me learn about this company; and hope you all make a ton of money on your stock; which seems to have already made an impressive run.
If DCHT had done as well in the last year; I suppose I wouldn't be sitting here on a sunday morning, but instead floating somewhere on a fuel cell powered sailboat.
Best regards,
