That is what I am saying? Either Linda is investing in a company that she's know nothing about because she would have had to know a little about the preferred stock because of all of the news and the prospectus that they sent investors. Or you may be right and somebody is opening her mail.

Also, I would think that she would have to know something about the company since she said that she has all of these large tax losses from years before or maybe she does not know anything about the company, which would explain why she has the large tax losses. It is very bad to invest in companies that you know nothing about.
