Bard, I read the news releases and I checked them. World Vanadium does not have any permits in Colorado or Utah. The Arizona Department of Mines and Minerals have no records of Santa Maria Mining Company. However, since they are on claims staked on federal land in Arizona, their permit will have to be through the Bureau of Land Management. I will check with them this week and see if they have issued a permit to Santa Maria Mining Company. Santa Maria will have to post a reclamation bond with the BLM unless they are operating on a small 5 acre exemption. Tim
