Fred, reasons to buy FNTN:

1) $1.5 million "in house" contracts (including $250,000 with a fast food franchise) already signed as of March 1999.
2) Strong alliance with Siemens. Mr. Weller (head of North American sales) is on the board and strongly supports FNTN.
3) Joe Theismann is FNTN's advertising spokesman. JT would not work for just any company with his impeccable image. His compensation with options to purchase 150,000 share at 75 cents is further proof of his strong belief in FNTN.
4) SEC approval for full reporting status is nearing completion (should be around 8/14/99 or very soon after).
5) 2nd quarter revenues alone will be greater than all of 1998 ($90,000) according to MS. 1999 revenues are on target for $5 million, and MS has been saying this for the last 8 months without any excuses or adjustments.
6) Excellent FNTN website with extensive info. on stocks and mutual funds and real time quotes. Upgrades in the last year have been remarkable.
7) FNTN has cycled between 50 cents and $1.50, 3 times in the last year, and at 60 cents right now appears to be a very timely buy on technical analysis alone.
8) Lastly (although I could go on), and most importantly, is potential. IMO, FNTN appears to be at the brink of huge success. With $5 million in revenue for 1999 on target (representing incredible exponential quarter to quarter growth), imminent full reporting status, and a major marketing campaign within the next 60 days, this stock is poised to explode upward. This stock is pathetically undervalued considering it is in the internet/intranet arena. IMO, FNTN will conservatively be at the $10 level by March 2000.
