Yep, and employease is in Atlanta which means they have to recruit from out here. The last time an Atlanta software company tried to compete it was in the front office (SFA) area - the company was Brock/Firstwave. This was the first SFA automation company, before Vantive, Siebel, Clarify and still they failed miserably even with their one year lead... the critical mass to build a software company just wasn't there at the time. Maybe it is now but who knows? Otoh, former psft people are pretty easy to get. Nah, I don't know headhunters - I avoid 'em! <gg> What are the returns on the Janus funds?
