Is anyone out there? Did everyone sell? I didn't add because I was short cash. Oh well another gift given to me and I can't take advantage of it. One thing I have noticed is when I have driven by the outback and the lone star at lunch time and dinner times the lone star has alot more cars there than the outback. I wonder if this was also one of the outbacks problems? Any thoughts? This period I would thing is a seasonally slow period. Is this correct?(at least for steak houses.) Joe
