Maybe it is a buying opportunity, maybe not....cotl is virtually a
microcap...only 5-6 million shares outstanding...missing estimates
is never good and although they may be accelerating expenses to better
position themselves for the future we just don't know. On the other
hand, there are stocks in the group where people are RAISING estimates
and the stocks are still flat on their back. So many cheap stocks
in the group....look at RENS, CEN, TSCC for starters.
