I think Crystallex has a favorable risk/reward profile with respect to its claims over Las Cristinas 4&6. It is certainly not a no-brainer and the potential reward is far lower that it would have been 18 months ago, but still I am willing to sit it out for a little while more or until I can find a better speculation. Should Crystallex prevail over Las Cristinas 4&6, I would expect that it would bring in a partner or sell its interest outright.
