Silc, Essentially what you are projecting is a double top as we were very near
to that figure a few months ago... I wouldn't argue that for a minute, it depends on
other factors whether or not I sell in the money options as a hedge at that time..

However, looking down the pike 3-5 years, I dont know that you can put the
company in a formula box. All I know is they build a heck of a product, I always
used a surge protector until a few month ago, however, I now use an APCC UPS
and if you figure the life of the unit, it is a very worthwhile investment if you value
your work at all. I believe I am an average Joe, and I had to be educated on
the merits of this periphial but in my opinion it will become even more of a necessity as our equipment becomes more sophisticated. The company
management is excellent, dedicated to shareholder value. Considering the
devestating effects of capital gains if the stock is sold, (I'm in at 9+) I will look
at the situation as though I have gone into business with them and will look to
management to enrich the stockholders as well as themselves. Also , as a
company like this grows, its cash flow increases, it attract more top rate people and the new liquidity gives them many more options to research how they can
apply their expertise to serving the world wide webb users and their equipment..
