This report dated 29 July raises 2000 price target of G* from $30 to $37. MSDW devoted a full page to
G*, so either it's a waste of good paper or their postive views on G*

SOME EXCERPTS -
" We expect Globalstar to trade higher over the near term as investors adjust their cost of capital to reflect
the diminished launch risk"
"By the end of 1999, G* expects to have at least 16 gateways in operation and 135,000 terminals
available. All of the 38 gateways on order have been manufactured and are ready for installation"
"" In addition....have raised forecast of G* long-term growth rate by 50 basis points..and decreased
weighted average cost of capital estimate for the company by 100 basis points, to 14.5 % from 15.5 %."

IMO - This report should attract fresh money from new investors.
NJDUMPS - long and proud :)
