I doubt you can ever understand and get up-to-speed if you ignore ALL the rulings. You keep ignoring the FACT that the last ruling DID NOT OVERTURN previous rulings in Crystallex's favor. What part of this sentence are you having trouble with?

You also keep making statements about the costs of the next round in court that ARE NOT BASED ON FACT but on speculation on your part.

Crystallex has generated significant cash flow in the first quarter and I would expect this trend to continue. Debt has been reduced.

I think you just beginning to catch on that this is a SPECULATIVE investment. Most, if not all shareholders and bystanders alike have been recognizing this from day 1, except you I guess. Yes, there is risk, this is what speculation is all about. You don't sound comfortable with speculative stocks and so I wonder why you spend so much time on a topic you dislike and on which you are not very informed.

PS. I don't make stock recommendations and I don't try to predict where a stock price will be next month, even less 2 years from now.

PPS. If you took the time (since you seem to have a lot of it) do at least a minimum of research on a company, instead of putting your lack of knowledge on display, post after post after post after...
