SFY broke the bearish resistance line quite some time ago, but hasn't given another buy signal since then. 12 1/2 is the next buy signal and I wouldn't hesitate to add to my position at that point. Columns of X's or O's only need a move of $1.50, since that represents 3 boxes for stocks under $20. Since the bottom of the present "o" column is at $10.50, doesn't the next column get established if the stock touches $12? Or is that different from a "buy signal"? Yup, CSFB may have a vested interest, but their arguments in the rest of the article were credible - they even expected current year earnings to be a lot less than the present average. I'll be happier though when Prudential says the same thing! Mark
