flatsville, what an incredible post about GPS! Thank you for the tremendous amount of work it must have taken to put that information together for us. For those of us who got lazy somewhere in the middle of your incredible list of links, could you possibly give us the Cliff Notes version...in other words, could you express what, in your opinion, is the probability of certain outcomes (i.e. loss of power, water, modem function, whatever) ? Also, please remind me...what is the earliest date/time on which GPS problems might occur?
