Regardless of your claims about your current holdings in DCH and your protests to the contrary, your own disclaimer (posted only 4 days ago at SI - Subject 29834 - which, by the way, you described as OLD just yesterday) states the following ... "... and expects to receive additional compensation in the future. RAM may profit in the event the shares of DCH increase in value." So unless the relationship between you, RAM, and DCH has changed in the last 4 days, I suggest you quit trying to engage us in "semantics and hair splitting". In other words ... KWITCHERBELLYAKIN and shut yer pie hole! Furthermore, I DO NOT CARE what the SEC requires you to do legally regarding your interests in DCH.
