Not only did I not wear the bags, we SKIPPED THE PARTY.
(OH GOD THE GUILT) CW came home from his weekend away with his ear all swollen from an ear infection and completely exhausted. He said, "I guess you're going to make me go to this, aren't you?"

I said, "Oh Honey. You look so bad. Nooooo- I think we can miss it."

Hahahahahahahahahahahahha. But to punish myself I cleaned the pantry which was full of those damn moths. But not any more. Boy, that's such a nasty job. You find things you really wished you hadn't. LIke marmalade you made yourself that has turned a funny color. OR this vacuumpacked salmon that arrives in ritzy Christmas baskets. THere were several of them. How old are they? What does one do with them? If I knew maybe I would use them. Ten cans of tuna fish. I must never eat it, but think I do for some reason and buy more. FIve cans of water chestnuts. What recipe do I keep thinking I'm going to make that calls for water chestnuts that I apparently never make? It was a strange journey through my not-so-culinary life.
