The arbs are pegging NTSR to ASND now. The way to tell if people like the deal (I definitely do, but I had hoped for CSCC) is to watch what ASND does now. Usually you short the acquirer and buy the acquiree, but the opposite is happening now. When ASND and NTSR first started having serious discussions, NTSR was at 18, but word of some type of meetings caused NTSR to discount an announcement, not necessarily a takeout. So really, this is a premium over 18.
