wily, I don't know if the spell checker worked
BEFORE I installed WordPro. I hardly ever use a
spell checker. Here's how it looks...
geocities.com

The HELP file in OE says...
Outlook Express uses the spelling checker provided with the following Microsoft Office 95 and Office 97 programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. If you do not have one of these programs installed, the Spelling command is not available.

So my OE should not spell check, since I have none of
programs mentioned. But it does.
Uninstalling my WordPro would mean redoing all my
settings. I don't want to do that.

Oh, I forgot to mention I have MS Works. Never use it,
but it has a spell checker. According to the OE HELP,
OE shouldn't use its spell checker.
