I did notice. And I am serious, she does not have what it takes to move that company to the next step. She seemed very reluctant to take responsibility and certainly didn't offer any meaningful assurance that the problem was going to be solved. She did say that she had hired two (2!!!) people to work on the reliability problems. There seemed to be an arrogance that she didn't need to act like a real CEO.
