del, I think you are right on the mark with your remarks re Smith and Mexico. He wants this thing attended by as few shareholders as possible I'm sure. Frankly, I hope the SEC fries his a**. I also don't personally see how Chris can take over the company after reading through the SEC complaint. They basically are naming the whole family as "co-conspirators" as I interpret it. If there are others who read this differently I would welcome hearing another interpretation.It is incredible to me the state of denial that some if not many of the "SLOGS" find themselves. A reading of Eric Hoffer's "TheTrue Believer" should be the first order of the day.
