Carl;

"why would anyone buy a secondary"

Good point. I've never been able to figure that one either, or why split stock return to the previous level pre split. The split co. now has twice as many shares and people buy the stock on the premise that the co. is doing well or why would they split the stock? LOL

My problem with the secondary in this Co. is that the fundies are extremely weak in what is becoming a very competitive field. Only the strong will survive and this one is just not that strong. I've even heard where you will be able to get your vision corrected at a mall in about 15 min. LOL Kinda like a Perele (sp) vision outlet thing.

Since we are discussing this stock and you are one of the first non hype, intelligent people I've met on this stock, I must be very honest with you here. I am short the stock due to the recent hyped up move, the FA and the dilutive nature of "secondary offerings" I would still like to discuss the merits and de merits of the stock if you will. I'm not a basher and will only post those things that I find interesting regarding the stock. I don't believe in "It's going to the moon or in the tank on the next news release" type of trading, just fundamentals and a little TA thrown in for trend identification.

Thanks

Ken
