In general feet taste pretty good. No, I am not talking about the kinky fetishism that has just flashed in everyone's mind :-). One of the more interesting dishes I had was Pig Feet with Truffle. The restaurant (Le Florian) had the highest Michelin ranking in Nice so don't you belittle them toes :-)
