There is no correlation and that's the point.

There appeared to be a little selling right after the "news" came out because the death of a integral owner, president, or whatever usually causes a little panic of the stock holders. The only problem was that the story was put under the wrong ticker (CLSI) instead of Core States.

I don't remember the ticker, but a few months ago a multi-million dollar contract was posted under the wrong ticker and the stock took off on the news. Needless to say, their was a buying frenzy until people figured out it was the wrong company.

My point is that mistakes do occur, both good and bad, and only believe half of what you read. The death of a 97 year-old isn't catastrophic news (unless you are the relatives), but what if the news had been huge one way or another regarding contracts, sales, new technologies? I just think that someone needs to proofread these things a little more from the wire services.
