Had a conversation with the company Spokesman on Friday and he had the following to say 1 Audited Financials The Audited financials From Jan. 1996 through March 31 st 1999 are available. The financial report indicates that the company (MMIC) has a net worth about a million dollars. However these financials does not reflect AuctionFun.com which was acquired at a later date. For a copy of this report please email your request to vsalem@msn.com 2 AuctionFun.com Launch date The site should be completed by about the 15 th of August. Thereafter the Engineers will conduct internal testing to debug any glitches before putting it on-line. These testing process could possibly take a week or two. Once satisfied everything is in order the site will be put on-line for mock auctions where buyers and sellers can participate and soon familiarize themselves. During this period any additional bugs that surface will also be fixed. AuctionFun.com engineers are being very careful so that the site is bulletproof and will not crash like Ebay.com did on several occasions. If everything goes well AuctionFun.com should open for real Auctions before the middle of September.
