By the way if anyone is interested I found this rather interesting information: Bricker & Eckler LLP 100 South 3rd Street Columbus, Ohio 43215-4291 (614) 227-2300 I actually looked up the company's phone number via Yahoo's Yellow Pages. There's no listing for an Eric Schmidt (there were over 75 listings for other people though). Maybe I'll give them a call and see.... Peter J Strifas
