IDT/NTOP has been offering the 5 cents/minute 24/7 with no monthly fee in most metropolitan areas for over a year now. Sprint, MCI, and ATT just started their NIGHTLY low rate plus a monthly fee recently. furthermore, IDT's revenue is mostly made from international calls and none of the aforementioned carriers can beat IDT's rates.
