Question: With NBC/Snap.com taking an equity position, will IDTs position be diluted? Assuming new shares issued for this purpose.

Also, with all the convoluted stock types, options, and whatever, is the market cap for NTOP (at $23 - $25 share) around $1 Billion? Or is this not including all the secondary stuff? I've seen the posts about all the different types of stock out there, along with breakdown of ownerships, but can't say I really understand the bottom line as far as market cap/diluted shares.

Certainly a positive for NTOP that NBC is taking a stake, but not sure about IDTC.

Hey, who would have guessed that IDTC would go the same way as MALL and ZD after their spin offs???? Duh!
