John, your cheerleading is appreciated, but I remain neutral. Comparing this purchase to those made by CSCO doesn't seem valid to me. CSCO buys small, single product companies with technologies that are proving viable. DGN is an old, mult-product company carrying much baggage (aviion, etc.) Merging will not be a snap, imo. Why should the stock rally?
