It is a safe bet that VOIP will be big. My understanding is that cost/minute of NTOP VOIP is much less that the big company switches so the only way it could miss is if they really mess things up (unlikely with all the alliances they've set up) or all phone companies kill each other and it becomes a 'not for profit' business. Even if this happens, they don't need much of the pie to be justify their current valuation.

A little simplistic but it does seem to make sense.
