Nliten, I hope you are right. There should be an announcement about the joint venture partner soon. 5-7 days would be great, and I think it will be by Sept. 15 because construction is supposed to start by then. This stock is ridiculously underpriced at 1.8 cents considering they are projecting 300 million in sales from the Lake Tropicana Timeshares alone. All we need is the announcement of a strong joint venture partner to give this project some much needed credibility. IMO, we will see MPTV at a quarter per share or more by Sept. 15.
