The Reuters story is dated 8/9 1:22 AM ET. It was written by Jack Reerink. This is from Yahoo news and is reported to me as news happens. Are you saying that he may be repeating the info because he is targeting NITE? I have seen some evidence of such with Bloomberg but have no reason to think Reuters reporters do likewise.
