Dear Representative:

We appeal to you to take up the fight against H.R.400.

When you read the bill in its entirety, you realize that it was written by foreign companies and governments (mostly Japanese) and some of our own U. S. big corporations. In Congress, it is
supported by well-financed PACs. It will NOT benefit, nor is it backed by America's legitimate inventors.

If this bill passes, those who depend on the American patent for survival will be in extreme jeopardy.

Please vote AGAINST H.R.400.
