ECLP is back to it's recent low. This has been a tough stock to trade from the long side, but it's holding at 15 1/8 and the bid is building on Level II. The offer looks weak up to 16. It looks like a good short term buy with a stop at 14 3/4. Short term target 16 3/4 to 17.
