Comes now, Miro J. Manin, upon penalty of perjury, and states, deposes, and certifies as follows:
The undersigned is the Administrator of Life Foundation Trust ("Trust"). Jeannette B. Wilcher has been duly appointed, and is properly serving, as the only Trustee as of the date hereof and has the sole signatory power on behalf of the "Trust".
Pursuant to and in accordance with the Trust, Jeannette B. Wilcher is fully authorized, in her capacity as Trustee to conduct and sign any and all documents for and on behalf of the Trust.

Apparently this document records the appointment of Jeannette Wilcher as sole trustee of LFT. At that time, at least, Manin was "Administrator", though what that means isn't made clear. Nor is it clear whether LFT had just been founded, though that's my guess.
