LOS. There is a misnomer anymore. PCS is LOS at 1.9 GHz. MMDS is 2.4 GHz. Cellular at 800 MHz is still LOS. IF I cellularize MMDS, it will function the same as PCS.

Some would argue with the statement that cellular and PCS are LOS.

Frequecies below 2 GHz have unique characteristics that allow "non line-of-sight" communications, and hence make them ideal for mobile communications. In particular, <2 GHz signals penetrate walls and other non-metal substances well. Additionally, they refract, or "bend" around edges of buildings allowing communication between base stations and mobiles that can not see one another.

This leads some to the conclusion that for truely moble indoor-outdoor communications the bandwidth is limited.
