SUBJECT: Second Quarter FY 2000 Earnings Results Conference Call
Dear Friends of Wind River Systems:
Wind River Systems will hold a conference call with analysts on Friday, August 20, 1999 to discuss the second quarter results for fiscal year 2000. You are invited to participate in this conference call with analysts and Wind River senior management at 8:00 a.m. Pacific daylight time (11:00 a.m. Eastern).
Management participating on the call will be Jerry Fiddler, Co-Founder and Chairman; Richard Kraber, CFO; David Fraser, VP Engineering; John Fogelin, VP Technology; Curt Schacker; VP Marketing; Peter Richards, VP Sales; Kamran Sokhanvari, VP Customer Services; Graham Shenton, Managing Director of Europe; and Greg Capitolo, Director of Finance.
The earnings release will be sent out over Business Wire after the close of market on August 19, 1999. After the release has gone out over the wire, a fax broadcast will be sent to you with the earnings press release.
The dial-in number for the conference call is 888-593-6346 for domestic callers and 706-634-2373 for international callers. You should call in five to ten minutes prior to the start of the conference call.
