News Analysis This sure is exciting watching the consolidation of the video industry unfold. Especially if one owns this undervalued diamond in the rough. VUPDA has 333 video stores. With this acquisition of 27 locations there will be at least 360 total Video Update super stores. Go Video! Does anyone have an educated guess as to what the financial terms were regarding this recent deal? I understand that the release of such information could alter other deals on the table. If a prospective acquiree knew the details they could hold out for a better price therefore driving down any accretive effect on eps. I would like to know other details such as Superior Video's revenues, earnings, costs and margins. Will there be any store closings as a result of possible market overlaps between current stores and Superior's locations? Comments welcome. C Ya @ $10 Tom
