They still claim to be in business (as of 2:35 EST); but they haven't met a payroll for their contract employees in almost two months and even the coffee machine was apparently removed today. Yet they still claim to be in business. The McFools should be heading to the BVI soon, I would guess.

I haven't heard whether they met their deadline with ADP or not. I wonder if they will actually announce something or fade away into the night.
